14 Day Teatox vs. 28 Day Teatox

After trying out the 14 day teatox, my results were less bloating, more energy and just overall felt great. As for any weight loss, there wasn't much of a difference, but I did not go out of the way to try and eat better or work out. I took before and after photos, but it wasn't a significant enough change to post any photos. Since I did like the 14 day teatox, I decided I would try the 28 day teatox and see what the outcome is.

This time around, I will be working out more and trying to eat better! Hopefully this will help my end result!

5/13/15: I am over halfway through the 28 day and I feel very energized! Working out at 5am every morning has been tough, but the tea has definitely helped with my 2pm crash that I typically would get from being up so early.

End Result: I finished the 28 day teatox just after moving into my new home. Again, I noticed a lot more energy and less bloating. I lost a few pounds this time around and was working out regularly. I feel I should've lost more weight than I did, but I was also very stressed out with moving and packing. I hope to try it again in a few months.
